After building a seven-figure property portfolio in the UK, founder Joe Doherty relocated to Australia — but quickly realised how challenging it was to keep investing from abroad.

From complex tax structures to unreliable sourcing agents, the overseas investor experience was full of friction.

That challenge sparked an idea: Create a service that removes every barrier expats face when investing in the UK.

And so, Exprop was born — a company built by investors, for investors.
